About VPN and Proxy

Hello All, I hope there is someone who can help me out.
I've been playing in this server for some months and everything was perfect before I quit for some time, and when I come back It won't allow me to connect to the server and keep saying "Kicked whilst connecting to nplobby. Vpn or proxy not allowed "
Any suggestions?
PS: I am not using any vpn or proxies!

Unplug your router for 5 minutes and plug it back in. That will change your IP, and it should not continue to detect you as VPN or Proxy, if the problem persists you should talk to a moderator who will help you with the issue and whitelist your IP.

You could check your pc to verify that it is not like that, it could be hidden, if not wait and try again
